Polyurethane press-in wiper seal with a single thin lip and a steel retaining ring

Hydraulic wiper seals prevent contaminants from entering a cylinder assembly and hydraulic system. PAK-L seals are polyurethane press-in wiper seals with a steel retaining ring for interference fit assembly. They are designed with a thin lip to be used as a link bearing seal. This design is less appropriate for rod wiping applications.
