Polyurethane press-in wiper seal with double lips, a vent hole and a steel retaining ring

Hydraulic wiper seals prevent contaminants from entering a cylinder assembly and hydraulic system. PADV seals are polyurethane press-in wiper seals with a steel retaining ring. They have a double-lip design that regulates the lubrication film on the rod. A vent hole in the internal-facing wiper lip prevents pressure build-up. Double-acting wipers improve the performance and extend the service life of rod sealing systems.
