Piston seal with PTFE slide ring with incorporated seal element on dynamic surface

APR seals are double-acting piston seals with a PTFE slide ring and a nitrile rubber O-ring energizer. The slide ring incorporates a nitrile rubber X-ring at the dynamic interface to improve sealing performance. Notches in the slide ring edges enable rapid pressurization of the seal to react quickly to changes in pressure and direction.
